Internal Sales Executive / Lead Generation

Role:

• Securing qualified sales appointments for the sales team with new prospects via telemarketing.
• Working with the Business Development Manager to create and execute regular marketing campaigns.
• Managing the prospect database and ensure that nurture contacts are recorded and followed up.
• Ensuring that contact details and other relevant information is captured for future campaigns.
• Developing the prospect database through the purchase of new lists specific to target market.

About you:

• Will be outgoing
• Have an excellent telephone manner
• Have a willingness to learn and be able to work well on their own.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• You will have previous experience in getting past gatekeepers and gaining access to key decision makers
• Have a good appreciation of business
• Have at least 12 months previous experience in a telemarketing/telesales or lead generation/appointment setting role
• Have previous experience making Business to Business phone calls.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape how this function will operate and be pivotal in the future growth of this area of the business.

This position could be offered on a full time or part time basis for the right candidate (salary will pro-rata accordingly) and would suit to an ex-sales professional looking for a position that can be managed around lifestyle/childcare responsibilities.
